Successful world premiere at InPrint 2014
Convincing with automated cutting solutions
After three successful exhibition days, we look back with satisfaction at our participation at InPrint. The new industry exhibition for innovative print technology in industrial manufacturing took place from 8th to 10th April in parallel with the Hannover Fair.
Together with Canon and other partners, we presented innovative solutions in the area of Print & Cut. The centre of focus was our M-800 laser system with the new automatic shuttle table system, which celebrated its world premiere at the exhibition. Using a wide variety of materials and topics, visitors were able to experience the flexibility of the cutting technology for themselves. In addition to the CO2 laser, in parallel materials were also cut via knife insert. The parallel use of both methods on one machine considerably extends the processing area for the user.
Customer workflow - Print & Cut
The presence of the various specialised companies on a shared exhibition stand enabled visitors to learn about the entire workflow. From intelligent software solutions, to large-format print on the Canon Océ Arizona flat-bed print system, extending to automated cutting, a wide variety of process stages were presented in practical application.
Udo Weustenhagen, Sales Manager.
'The exhibition was a great success for us. Particularly the collaboration with Canon and the participating partner companies enabled us to clearly present the manufacturing workflow and the resulting advantages for the customers. It is clearly evident that customers are looking for practical total solutions and competent contacts. The Print & Cut connection is, due to the workflow, a decisive success factor for the manufacturing enterprises. Through the exchange of experience with our partners, experts from the participating companies specifically extend their know-how, and always offer the customer the perfect total solution'.
High degree of automation
The new shuttle table system, which results in considerable increases in manufacturing efficiency, received particularly positive feedback. Depending on the area of implementation, output can easily be increased by as much as 75%. With this new development, we reinforce our position as a specialist for industrial cutting solutions.
