eurolaser has laser tested the material ORABOND® by Orafol with the result: excellently suitable for laser cutting!
ORABOND® is a high-performance adhesive tape consisting of an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive that was developed for high loads. The special properties of the material can thus compensate for tensions or temperature fluctuations without losing any of its adhesive properties. The bond strengths are enormous. The laser offers some essential advantages in the cutting process: No material sticks to the tool, which results in straight and clean cut edges. The cut parts can then also be removed much more easily.
