The laser beam with its focussed light is the ideal processing method in this case. Contactless processing and the fused cutting edges resulting from the concentrated thermal process ensure accurate shapes without any fraying. In addition only the substrate material must be cut from the polyester fabric, so that no fibres are damaged and this in turn leads to time and energy saving.
